A day and a half workshop to discover the power of Kundalini Yoga. Learn the foundations of experiencing the Power of Kundalini Yoga under the guidance of Sat Siri, an exceptional teacher and human being. You will delve into the practices of: Pranayama—Yogic Breath; Bhandas—Locks to move the energy; Asana—fundalmentals of posture and movement in Kundalini Yoga; Nadhis—discovering how Kundalini Shakti flows; Kundalini Shakti—the mystery of our spiritual and transformational Divine Power.
